The Residency Program Manager, under the direction and supervision of the Residency Program Director(s) is responsible for assisting in the administration of the residency program as outlined in the Accreditation Council of Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) Program Requirements. The Residency Program Manager provides administrative support to the Residency Program Director, Chief Residents, faculty leaders of the program, residents, and fellows. This position will interact with faculty, residents, fellows, medical students and institutional and regulatory administrative offices as directed by the Program Director. This position will plan, develop and execute ongoing programs that impact a significant segment of the organization under occasional guidance.

Oversees the creation, coordination and execution of the residency program and select fellowships.
Manages recruitment of residents and fellows
Coordinates appointments, reappointments, and terminations as necessary
Manages department facilities and resources for the program
Provides budgetary management to the program.
Provides training and guidance for individuals supporting the program.
Promotes growth and expansion of the program.
