Providence is calling a Clinical Manager (Hospice, Day Shift, 1.0 FTE) to Providence Sound HomeCare and Hospice in Lacey, Washington.

In this position you will:
Manage and grow teams of competent care partners with the goal of creating a safe, comforting, and fulfilling patient experience.
Supervise the coordination of care with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes.
Identify and implement best practices to improve workflow efficiency, reduce costs, and improve employee and patient satisfaction.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Masters Degree required for social work professionals
Current Washington State professional licensure or certification
Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification
Current Washington State Driver's license and automobile insurance
3 years of inpatient or outpatient Hospice clinical experience
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Hospice certification or advanced certification
Minimum of 1 year of supervisory and/or leadership experience
