Position Summary: This position monitors the day to day operation of a multidisciplinary team which delivers services for his/her areas of responsibility. Specific responsibilities include: clinical supervision, training, patient and family relations, staffing oversight and physician communication. He/She works closely with the Administrative Manager (Region Manager) in obtaining department goals and objectives.
•Bachelor’s degree in healthcare related field
•Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Ohio
•3 years of management in healthcare setting
•Knowledge of community health leadership
•Strong computation and analysis skills
•Excellent organizational skills
Additional Job Information: Clinical Manager for the Columbus area that will report to the Administrative manager of home health. This role is responsible for clinical home health staff. Critical thinking and problem solving skills, leadership development skills are vital for the success of this job.
